GLENBOIG, PEOPLE AND HISTORY
I left Glenboig decades ago and much of what I grew up with has since been demolished.
However there has recently been a fairly large number of new build houses erected. This has brought new life to the village.
I have always been interested in Glenboig and its history albeit at a superficial level.
This interest has often been driven by a desire to find a photo of my grandfather James Campbell who died in 1933, 20 years before I was born.
