Co-op Jam Jar

The Co-op was central to the lives of many working communities; supplying most items needed for everyday life at fair prices. Jam and marmalade was made in vast fruit boilers in their Shieldhall factory in Glasgow. Both were a Shieldhall staple, along with pickles and sauces.
