Whisky Sampling Syphon Tube, Wishaw

This tool was used at Begg's Whisky Bond in Wishaw to draw whisky from barrels for sampling.

Previously the site of the whisky bond had been the Clydesdale Distillery, which was established by Lord Belhaven in 1825 and was one of the area's earliest factories.
