Auchinstarry Row, 1934

Auchinstarry Rows, four rows of miners' cottages containing in all 98 houses, built c.1860 by William Baird & Co. Demolition orders were issued for these properties in June 1934, and houses were built at Croy for the occupants.

I'm looking for more information about auchinstary row and or farm. Do you have any more pictures etc? MANY THANKS FOR GETTING IN TOUCH. WE WILL PASS ON YOUR ENQUIRY TO NORTH LANARKSHIRE ARCHIVES AND LOCAL STUDIES WHO HOLD THE MAJORITY OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHIC COLLECTIONS.
