Model Rolling Mill

After the Second World War a new rolling mill was installed in Dalzell Steel Works, Motherwell to make light steel sections. This model of the mill was probably built to train staff in its operation.

Dalzell later specialised in making steel plate from slabs supplied by Ravenscraig and later Scunthorpe Steel Works.
